Irish Language Classes / Ranganna Gaeilge

Course descriptions are from Gael Linn, our new educational partner in 2023, who provides world-class instruction in the Irish language tailored to CJAC learners.

About Gael Linn

Founded in 1953, Gael Linn is a national organization based in Ireland whose principal aim is to foster and promote the Irish language and its heritage as a living language and as an expression of identity at policy and at community level. Over the past few years we have seen a huge increase in the number of people wanting to learn and return to the Irish language. So far in 2022 we have facilitated courses for over 900 adult learners between courses online, in Dublin and in the Gaeltacht area Gaoth Dobhair, Donegal.

The main focus of our experienced language instructors is to teach conversational daily useful Irish learned in an enjoyable and informal way. The four courses will all be online courses facilitated over Zoom. All times listed are in the Central time zone.
