Adding to the Eoin McKiernan Papers: Dr. Eoin McKiernan’s daughter Grania McKiernan brought in two large boxes of Dr. McKiernan’s papers, photos, awards, press clippings and items relating to the Irish American Cultural Institute. These include many fascinating one-of-a-kind items such as a set of 8×10 photos of Dr. McKiernan with Princess Grace and personal correspondence between Dr. McKiernan and legendary Irish dramatist Brian Friel.

Michael Sullivan Family Photos: Colleen Gegen allowed us to digitize and add to our collection two dozen photos of her Sullivan family members including many of her great grandfather, immigrant fiddle player Michael Sullivan (1881-1954) and his family. She also contributed photos of her grandfather, one time St. Paul city prosecutor James Sullivan (1894-1969).
