In January 2019, Dáithí Sproule sat down with his longtime friend Peter Ostroushko for an oral history interview about Peter's life and music. The son of Ukrainian immigrant parents who met in a displaced persons camp after World War II, Ostroushko talks about his upbringing in northeast Minneapolis and his life as a prolific musician whose career spanned many genres and traditions (including Irish traditional music).

Peter Ostroushko passed away in February, 2021.
