Description

While influenced by such Irish writers as W.B. Yeats and James Joyce, T.S. Eliot (1888-1965) stands alone as arguably the greatest poet of the twentieth century because of his profound struggle to articulate his core spiritual convictions.  From The Wasteland to the Four Quartets, T.S. Eliot joined his fictional magi on a long journey to his faith-centered home in the Anglican Catholic Church. This most important poet of the twentieth century with deep American roots and strong English cultural ties, invites us all to partake in a pilgrimage from despair to belief through some of the greatest poems of the English language.
