In this class, Shelagh will show you how to make some of Ireland’s most beloved treats: biscuits. We call them cookies, but these Oat Biscuits are a hybrid between a sweet cookie and a savory cracker.

1 Zoom session: Saturday. 10:30 -11:45 am. October 8th.

Cook along with Shelagh in your own kitchen! In this class, Shelagh will show you how to make some of Ireland’s most beloved treats: biscuits. We call them cookies, but these Oat Biscuits are a hybrid between a sweet cookie and a savory cracker. Perfect with a knob of compound butter (a flavor-infused butter). This butter is infused with Irish Seaweed. Top with a dab of goat cheese and you have a perfect appetizer for any party, plus a fun story to go along with it!
