Students will learn how to draw figures from three great traditions of world mythology using images from Minnesota (Indigenous), Celtic, and Nordic waterways.

3 Zoom Sessions: Thursdays. 8:00-9:15 pm. October 13 – 27.

Description

Students will learn how to draw figures from three great traditions of world mythology using images from Minnesota (Indigenous), Celtic, and Nordic waterways. The instructor will explore and present how myth and visual interpretations of water illustrate similarities of deities and other spiritual icons across these multiple cultural traditions.
