Youth Acting Workshop

Internationally known acting teacher Julia Carey is returning to the Celtic Junction to create an acting workshop for young people on Tuesday-Thursday June 17, 18 and 19 2014. Julia and Natalie O’Shea were the creative partnership behind the critically acclaimed Theatre Exchange in Minneapolis from 1988 to 1992. They have subsequently worked together in New York and London and are looking forward to new collaborations in Minneapolis.

If you are interested in Acting for Stage and Screen and would like to do something different this summer this workshop will provide an opportunity to work with exciting improvisation and acting techniques.

Julia is experienced in working with young people and was recently ratedas “an outstanding teacher” by an OFSTED inspector while teaching at the Stagecoach Drama Centre.
